Russian language is one of six equal official UN languages and thus is chosen to be originating for primary community manifesto. Translation to english language as to one that most commonly used in software development well be made soon. Translation to other UN official languages is to be done on demand.

Manifesto shall enter into force upon the publication and cannot be modified by means of any other procedure than as declared in manifesto itself. Any edition with date, time or permanent link differing from the given is ineffective.
